The best part of our stay was the amazing staff. We really felt welcoming like visiting family. When we arrived we were welcomed by Peter, the Reception Manager and other employees too. We got a wet and nice smelling refreshing towel to refresh ourself, a small plate with fruits and home made ice tea, love it. To our surprise we got upgraded to the largest Suite they have. We book for 7 nights and we decide to stay 1 additional day, because we liked it a lot. It was a pleasure to get to know also the Hotel Manager, James, originally from. Mr. Peter and the Restaurant Manager Mr. Savuth are great persons, helpful, friendly and always for a small talk open. The Roof too bar and the pool are amazing we enjoyed and relaxed a lot. The breakfast: The coffee, tea and juices are good. The best part of the morning and therefore I always went to have breakfast was the warm welcoming from the 3 ladies, Sreyleak, Sreynith and Sreymom, who are serving the breakfast. Always smiling, friendly, helping and interested in know our daily experiences. They teach me one morning also to fold a lotus flower, that was great. We loved and appreciate a lot that our room was cleaned every day, we got new towels and also drinkable water.

The location is very central, an easy walk to the centre of Siem Reap, Pub Street and the night markets. The room was very clean and comfortable. Netflix on the TV was great for winding down after exploring the temples of Angkor all day, and the huge bath was very luxurious! We were on the top floor and at night it was quite quiet with little noise from the streets. Great view across the city. We were able to book our airport transfers very easily with reception staff and comms via the Booking.com app. The hotel tuk tuk drivers are very courteous too, we did an excursion to the Roluos temples with Mr Danny driving and felt very safe on the roads (he brought cool drinking water for us too). A tip - its a 30 minute tuk tuk ride so may be worth wearing a facemask to avoid traffic fumes! Drinking water was restocked for free when we asked for it in our room, which was very nice. All the staff were very polite at the bar, restaurant. Lots of choices at breakfast and we were able to order a packed breakfast for our sunrise at Angkor the evening before, which was really handy. The pool was very quiet, a great place for a peaceful sunset!

One of the best hotels I stayed at during my trip through Southeast Asia. The room looks exactly like the photos. The staff is exceptionally kind and helpful and, above all, genuinely welcoming. The hotel offers a convenient taxi service to and from the airport, which is a huge plus given the distance between Siem Reap and the new airport. The food at the hotel is simply delicious. As someone who has tasted a wide variety of cuisines in all kinds of places, I can confidently say that the Cambodian fried rice and fish amok are spectacular. The hotel's location is ideal, situated close to both the night market and the riverside night market. While there are many dining options near the hotel, I have to say that considering the quality, price, and taste, the hotel's food and beverages are outstanding. The lobby staff have answers to every question you might have during your stay and offer excellent recommendations for everything. My only regret is not staying longer. I will definitely return!

Great place to stay in Siem Reap. It is true what people say about transportation at the hotel. If you want to visit Angkor Wat the best is to use the $18 tuktuk driver at the hotel - will take you everywhere and not bore you with details. We also called a Grab and it turned out it was the driver parked in front of the hotel - mere seconds away. This stop was a week into our trip so we needed to do laundry. The laundry in front of the hotel is fantastic! They offered to do laundry for US$0.50 per Kg if overnight or US$1 per Kg if same day - either a real bargain, and they fold everything so well. (Or there is a self-service laundry nearby, but why, when you can get it done for you!) There are fantastic restaurants near there. Nick Restaurant is amazing and inexpensive. Nearby Red Apple restaurant is also great. The restaurant at the Cheathata Angkor hotel is truly exceptional - a massive menu of good food at great prices.

A new hotel with an easy walk to the night market and Pub Street it was well located and if it rained a tuk tuk was only1.00USD to get back to the hotel and the hotel supplied a unique umbrella. The checkin welcome was memorable with very friendly staff please see attached photo. The rooms are spacious and adequate with a balcony, we used to have a cocktail and watch the sun-set. The rooftop pool bar looks out in the same westerly direction but you have to negotiate a staircase to get there.
